5. Live In The Present And Know That Today Is A Gift.

So I appreciate everything I have;

• My experiences

When you realise everything you have, you feel more blessed, happier, and joyful in life.

 

6. Stay away from negativity and negative energy

Stay Away From Negative Energy
I avoid negative people and anything that will make me think about my flaws, and weaknesses or about the things I didn’t have, missed opportunities, or things my mates/ friends have that I didn’t have.

I focus on the things I have and it makes me feel confident and blessed. Watching Betty grow into a confident woman who takes her education very serious is enough blessing for me
