It’s embarrassing to see that even university graduates are buying these items. It baffles me how one can be educated yet still lacks wisdom. Anyway it highlights the difference between intellectual knowledge and practical wisdom.
If you understand Christianity and have a direct relationship with God, you will never need these yahoo pastors in your life.
However, Nigerians and Africans need to understand that we serve a living God who doesn’t require money to solve our problems. What God desires is our genuine devotion and heart, not our wealth.
Additionally, it’s important to recognize that life challenges are inevitable. As long as we are alive, challenges will arise, but if we put our trust in God, He will provide solutions. Our God is not poor and does not need money to solve our problems.
Some people may think that my life is perfect or problem-free when I share my thoughts, but that’s far from the truth. I face challenges just like everyone else, including a personal struggle right now as my wife bravely battles breast cancer.
Yet, instead of running from one church to another in search of miracles, we’re choosing to trust in God. We’re standing firm in our faith, believing that He will guide us through this difficult season.
Sadly, discussing religion in Nigeria can be challenging, as it’s a sensitive topic. When I previously spoke out against corrupt pastors, I faced intense backlash from religious bigots. However, after reflecting on Ephesians 5:11, which encourages us to ‘expose the fruitless works of darkness,’ I feel compelled to continue speaking truth and exposing false prophets no matter the potential criticism or resistance I may face.
The New Living Translation of Ephesians 5:11 says: ( Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them ).
So I’m fulfilling my destiny, as part of my job on earth is to liberate people and wake up those who are sleeping, thereby winning souls for Christ.
